The next thing we had to do was do a basic facts test. We had 6 and a half minutes as usual. But on the way they put sounds on to distract us. So it made it difficult to answer questions under all that noise. I did VERY VERY terrible with 99/100. Next we did some exercises and had some fruit later. All I can tell you is that it was a pain. After that we did writing. We had to write a letter from the "trenches" to someone from our family. I chose my parents. We described how we felt, what we could hear, what we could see and eat. After that we finally had FREEDOM!... Until it rained, but we got to play a game with our duty teacher. Basically the way you play is he will do actions and say things. But you have to listen to his voice because sometimes he does the wrong action and if you copy him your out.
Ms Sands put us into two groups for swimming. If we didn't we came back to "war" and we Ms Sands told us to rule a 12 square picture in our art books. Then she would tell us a statement a few times and we had to draw whatever we could remember. I managed to draw 8 pictures before we went to swimming. In swimming we got into a circle and tried to float together or a much time as we can. The other group could do that for 3 minutes, but I'm pretty sure she was lying considering we only did it for 8 seconds. Then we had free time. After that there was more FREEDOM! And this time it didn't rain.
For our last block we started to untie the strings of. We had to partner up with somebody. Then we had to find a Popsicle stick with string on it. Then one of our buddies was blind folded. We had to use the Popsicle stick to roll up all the string. Then halfway through we switched, but it was taking way too long so we just took the blindfolds off and rolled it up normally. It was such a relief to not feel pain every time we move. After that we packed up and went home.
